-    Letter from the Boy Scouts

-    Letter from the American Lung Association

-    Chapter President’s Change of Command invitation 23 April 04, 1100 at Station Cape Cod Canal. All CPO’s invited to attend.

-    E-city raffle

TREASURERS REPORT:  Minutes accepted as posted with the final total in the CPOA General Fund of $6,494.00.

ADHOC-COMMITTEE REPORTS:

PLANNING: Chairman - Vacant – Still looking for a new committee chair.

FUND RAISING: Chairman - ETCS Bruce MacIntire

-ETCS MacIntire reports that he is in the process of designing a Chapter logo for various shirts designs.

  GOLF : Chairman - MKCM (Ret) Tim Pitts, SFC (Ret) Dick Pratt,  ETCM Dave Pouler

-    MKCM (Ret) Tim Pitts reports the Spring Tournament has been finalized on May 17^th at the Cape Cod Country Club.  After activities including dinner will be at the Weary Traveler.  Entry Fees are $75.00.  Menu to be determined.

OLD BUSINESS:

-    Chapter Officer installation will be held during the next chapter meeting: President: MKCM (Ret) Tim Pitts; Vice President: BMC John Westlund; Secretary: MSTC Jeff Perdue; Treasurer: SFC (Ret) Dick Pratt

NEW BUSINESS:

-    Motion made and carried to have the Weary Traveler be the permanent home of the Cape Cod Chapter CPOA.

FOR THE GOOD OF THE ORDER:

-    John LaVaca asked about the condition of Jim Murphy.  Tom Coyle stated that he is doing better
Jerry Piunti had some general comments concerning the status of “The Wheelhouse”

-    BMCM Germann’s father passed away. Station Woods Hole send flowers to the funeral home.  Motion made and carried to send an arrangement not to exceed $100.00

50/50 – A total of $22.00 was collected.  AETCS Robin Sparks was the winner.
