ADHOC-COMMITTEE REPORTS:

PLANNING: Chairman: ATC Jerry Piunti (Ret) - NTR. Chapter President announced that due to the current chairs status, the Chapter would be looking for a new committee chair.

FUND RAISING COMMITTEE: ETCS Bruce MacIntire-NTR

GOLF COMMITTEE: SFC (Ret) Dick Pratt, MKCM (Ret) Tim Pitts, ETCM Dave Pouler

- Chapter is requesting volunteers for the spring tournament committee. Still no volunteers to date.

“CHIEF OF THE YEAR” COMMITTEE: ETCM Dave Pouler

- Received one nomination for SFC (Ret) Dick Pratt. ELECTION COMMITTEE: ETCS Bruce MacIntire

- Received nominations for the Chapter Officers as follows:

o President: ETCM Dave Pouler, MKCM (Ret.) Tim Pitts

o Vice President: MKCM (Ret.) Tim Pitts

o Secretary: None at this time

o Treasurer: None at this time

OLD BUSINESS:

- The check for the CCCAF of $200.00 still needs to be sent.

NEW BUSINESS:

- ETCM Pouler made a motion to accept the recommendation of the “Chief of the Year” Committee. Motion carried.

- ETCM Pouler made a motion to take Special Olympics funds and transfer them into the CPOA General Fund. Discussion on this topic was ultimately tabled for further research.

- ETCM Pouler made a motion contact Special Olympics concerning the chapters’ future ability to continue to support their organization. Motion carried.

- ASMCS (Ret) Roberts made a motion to have the Chapter President send a letter to the Commanding Officer, Air Station Cape Cod and Honorary Chapter President, CAPT Brimblecom, expressing the Chapters concern of being able to take charge of the Wheelhouse operations. One discussion item concerned the legality of the CPOA to run it. Motion to send the letter was passed.

FOR THE GOOD OF THE ORDER:

- MKCM (Ret) Tim Pitts presented and read an Open Letter to the Chapter which will be enclosed in its entirety

50/50 – A total of $13.00 was collected. ADCM (Ret) Norton was the winner and the collection was donated to the CCCAF.
