  Chapter President discussed the recent email from MCPO (Ret) Pitts.

TREASURERS REPORT:  Minutes accepted as posted with the final total in the CPOA General Fund of $7,240.00.

FINANCE: Co-Chairman’s:  ADCM Ken Norton (Ret), MSGT Tom Coyle (Ret)

-    Received request to fund transporting Jim Murphy’s trailer.  Committee recommends no amount and that it should be brought up during New Business.

SPECIAL OLYMPICS:  Chairman:  YNCM Pete Gallagher (Ret) – June 11th

-    On track for June 11, 2004.  Request $462.50 to pay Grant Rental for tents and $60.00 for balloons.

ADHOC-COMMITTEE REPORTS:

PLANNING: Chairman – ATC (Ret) Jerry Piunti –NTR

FUND RAISING: Chairman - ETCS Bruce MacIntire - NTR

GOLF : Chairman - MKCM (Ret) Tim Pitts, SFC (Ret) Dick Pratt,  ETCM Dave Pouler - NTR

OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:

-    Motion to pay to move Jim Murphy’s trailer at a cost of $225.00.  Motion carried.  ETCS MacIntire to arrange for transport.

    Motion to send Chapter Representative to the CPOA Convention. Cost not to exceed $2,000.00.  Motion carried.

FOR THE GOOD OF THE ORDER:

-    AETC Kenyon’s retirement will be June 5, 2004.

-
    The Weary Traveler is sponsoring the “Pig Roast in a Wooden Box” for $15.00 a plate.

50/50 – A total of $16.00 was collected.  BMC Bo Hause was the winner and returned the winnings to the General Fund.
