1908– The smoking lamp is extinguished.  Meeting called to order by the Chapter President BMC John Westlund. 

MEMBERS PRESENT:

MINUTES: Minutes accepted as presented.

SELECTED CORRESPONDENCE:  CCSO Letter for donation the Angel tree program and Breakfast with Santa.

TREASURERS REPORT:  Received report with the final total in the CPOA General Fund remains $4934.50

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

– Continue to for a volunteer for new chairman 

ADHOC-COMMITTEE REPORTS:

– Cape Cod Chapter T-shirts for sale for $10.00 each. 

GOLF : Chairman - SFC (Ret) Dick Pratt,  ETCM Dave Pouler
– Fall tournament  is cancelled

OLD BUSINESS:

-    NTR

NEW BUSINESS:

-    Motion made to provide $300.00 to CCSO.  Motion Carried 

FOR THE GOOD OF THE ORDER:

-    The Membership places a challenge to the Cape Cod Area Mess to match the donation of $300.00 for the CCSO events.

50/50 – A total of $19.00 was collected.  BMC Westlund was the winner and returned the winnings to the General Fund.
