PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE/ PREAMBLE/ MOMENT OF SILENCE

MINUTES: Minutes accepted as read.

TREASURERS REPORT:  Report accepted as posted with the final total in the CPOA General Fund of $5034.50

-    Received request for assistance for MKC James. 

SPECIAL OLYMPICS:  Chairman:  YNCM Pete Gallagher (Ret) – NTR

ADHOC-COMMITTEE REPORTS:

PLANNING: Chairman – ATC (Ret) Jerry Piunti –NTR

FUND RAISING: Chairman - ETCS Bruce MacIntire - NTR

GOLF : Chairman - SFC (Ret) Dick Pratt,  ETCM Dave Pouler –
Fall tournament slated for the end of October. 

OLD BUSINESS:

-    SFC Pratt to send the check for YNCM (Ret) Pete Gallagher’s gold lifetime achievement award to National.

NEW BUSINESS:

-    Motion to pay costs for maintenance for MKC James of $100.00.  Motion carried. 

-    ADCM (Ret) Norton, Chapter Representative to the CPOA Convention informed Dick Pratt that the convention went well and there would be more to report at the next meeting.  

FOR THE GOOD OF THE ORDER:

-    MKC Andy James has been diagnosed with a form of cancer.  The Chapter President recommended a $100.00 donation to offset projects done for MKC James.

50/50 – A total of $16.00 was collected.  DCC Jim Kline was the winner and returned the winnings to the General Fund.
